TILLvisION

TILLvisION lets you record, view and evaluate your data from time-series, ratio experiments to z-stacks and beyond. TILLvisION is characterized by its flexibility, unsurpassed speed, unreached precise timing and execution of recording protocols.

It includes the standard set of picture analysis functions like the analysis of multi-dimensional recordings or ratio-metric analysis. With it's easy to learn, built-in programming language VisionBasic it is possible for everyone to enhance TILLvisION with new functions. This could be used to control other devices or enhance your analysis routines.

Record time-series: With the TILLvisION Protocol-Editor you create the workflow of your experiment. You can record time-series with different exposure times, different illumination techniques like ratio and non-ratio even in an alternating manner. Record fast events like calcium transient of action potentials with the high precision and nano second time scales or do long exposures of several minutes. All this can be done with a single Software package: TILLvisION.

Ratio-Recording: TILLvisION does this extremly well, especially in combination with our Polychrome 5000 monochromator. With this winning combination you can record Ratio-Experiments with a gap of less than 2 ms between two pictures at different wavelength. You also get a live view of your pictures and the calculated ratio picture.

Take control: TILLvisION controls a variety of high-end CCD-cameras from ultra fast to highly sensitive models. It also controls your light source and handles the timing between the camera and the light source.
