If there is no printer connected, the other most common reason is dongle driver related.
To check this, please open a command line window (Start/Programs/Command Prompt); change
to the TILLvisION root directory (e.g.: cd "Program Files\TILLvisION" and run the program hlinst
with the command line parameter "." for the actual directory. (Type hlinst . and hit return.)
If you see the message:
Hardlock driver already installed.
or some status messages ending with
Driver successfully started
Driver up & running
please restart TILLvisION to check if the problem is gone. Otherwise it may be useful to first deinstall the driver by typing hlinst -d and then reinstall it as described above.
