About TILLvisION

TILLvisION is the software part of our imaging systems. It was the first real-time imaging system on the market and still delivers unpreceeded speed and precission.

What's new

This update is recommended for all users of version 4.5 as it adds support for new hardware, changes to the user interface (UI) and includes general fixes.

New modules:

• SYSConfig Utility: configure your Imaging System without starting TILLvisION
• Export filter for Metamorph added

Hardware:

• Polychrome V: pre-time reduced to 2 ms
• Added support for more Andor Ixon 887 operation modes.
• Added support for the Andor Ixon 897
• Added support for Andor Ixon+ series in general (linear and real gain)
• Added support for the QImaging Retiga 2000 camera series
• Added support for the TILL Polytrope
• Added support for Luigs und Neumann SM XYZ stages
• Added support for ASI 2000 XYZ stages

UI changes:

• TILLvisION: Andor camera gain settings will change immediatly on dragging the slider
• TILLvisION: changing intensity of the LED/IR "on the fly" even during acquisition
• TILLvisION: AOTF/TIRF can be changed "on the fly" during acquisition
• TILLvisION: Amplifyer naming for Andor cameras changed form a numbering scheme to the official naming

Fixes:

• Imago QE: fixed a bug whit symetrical binning
• Protocol editor: fixed a memory issue before protocol execution
• Protocol editor: misc crashes fixed
• Protocol editor: fixed timing issues when using may digital and analog out elements
